GENERAL RETURNS INFORMATION

Printed and embroidered items cannot be returned. Please reach out to our office  if there is a defect or error with your order.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

  • Please email info@3rdstreetpromos.com with your Order # and reason for return.
  • We will email you a Return Authorization (RA#) within 2 days.
  • Your return must be shipped within 5 days of this Return Authorization or your return credit will NOT be granted.
  • The item must not be worn, other than trying it on, and not washed.
  • Refunds are usually issued within 2 business days of our receipt of the item(s).
  • Use your choice of carrier for return shipping.
  • If your return is due to our error, damage, defects, or is materially different, please let us know and we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.

  • Please make note of the tracking number on your returned package to ensure successful delivery. 

    NOTE: If we have not received your return, and you do not have a tracking number to provide to us to locate your package, we will be unable to authorize a refund.
